Summer Camp Registration Form

To help ensure a safe, positive, and successful camp experience for everyone, campers are asked to have a few foundational skills in place. Campers should be independent with bathroom use, able to follow verbal directions within a small group setting, demonstrate safe behavior toward themselves and others, and participate in activities with verbal or visual prompts as needed. These guidelines are not meant to exclude, but rather to make sure each camper can feel confident, supported, and happy while fully enjoying all camp activities.
